New Trust Pages

  • Added Official Boat Registration Agencies, a 50-state index of official agencies, registration portals, phone numbers, fee ranges, title status, and last-updated dates.
  • Added source-status labels to the official agency index so verified, manual-verify, and review-link rows are clearly distinguished instead of presenting every stored URL as equally current.
  • Added Editorial Policy covering sources, update criteria, corrections, calculator limits, editorial independence, and non-government disclosure.
  • Added this data update log and linked it from the footer, sitemap, and editorial policy.

GSC-Driven Guide Expansion

  • Added Arkansas, Connecticut, Utah, and Delaware boat registration renewal guides.
  • Added a South Carolina boat title transfer guide.
  • Added a Texas PWD 143 form guide.
  • Updated the guide index to group new state-specific guides with the relevant state clusters.

Priority Page Repairs

  • Strengthened state pages with state-specific guide modules and official agency links above the fold.
  • Improved PWC and jet ski registration coverage on the existing PWC page instead of adding a duplicate cost-intent page.
  • Expanded title transfer, Florida title transfer, Wisconsin non-resident boating, and Michigan kayak registration pages around observed search demand.

Tool Hub and Internal Linking

  • Added Boat Registration Tools as a dedicated hub for calculators, checklists, title checks, kayak rules, penalties, and official registration lookup links.
  • Updated tool-page breadcrumbs and structured-data breadcrumbs so all tool pages roll up to the new tools hub.
  • Added the tools hub to the header, footer, and site map.
  • Improved site map guide classification so state-specific guide sections use the full 50-state slug list instead of a hard-coded subset.
  • Strengthened national hub pages with answer-first modules, tool-hub links, checklist/lookup/tax routing, and consistent FAQ/related-resource containers.
